An ideal location - A mere 10 minutes walk to the best beaches on the islandThese apartments sit on a great location in the sought after and peaceful Bequia Estates. The 2 bedroom upper apartment combined with the lower 1 bed apartment would be ideal for a group of 6 guests with lots of space and privacy. Access between the 2 apartments is via external steps. The elevated location on the headland overlooking Admiralty Bay offers wonderful expansive views and cooling breezes whilst still close enough to be able to take a stroll down to the islands best beaches or into Port Elizabeth. There is also ample parking above the property.

Princess Margaret & Lower Bay Beach are just a stroll away...

LayoutThe property is designed with a cool, crisp feel. Both apartments are very well equipped and spacious - ideal for a group or family of 6. The large open plan living / dining areas in both apartments have double doors opening out onto the balconies to enjoy the cool breeze and views of the yachts in the bay. Each balcony contains 2 different seating areas to enjoy including large table for al fresco dining on the upper balcony for the 2 bed apartment.

3 Spacious BedroomsEach of the bedrooms are of a similar size and all contain a comfortable double bed and plenty of clothes storage. They 2 bedrooms in the upper apartment share a family bathroom whilst the lower apartment is en suite.

Large living area, with balcony and garden belowEach apartment has an open plan kitchen / dining / living area are large and comfortable and open out onto the balcony through double doors with large corner sofa and flat screen TV upstairs and smaller sofa & TV downstairs. The kitchens are particularly well equipped with all appliances you would need. There is a nice shady, grassed garden area below - the ideal spot to relax on a sunlounger, perhaps read a book whilst enjoying the views or for children to play safely on. There is a portable air conditioning unit in each apartment which can be moved between bedrooms / living area if required.

TechnologyWell equipped with flat screen Cable TV, and WIFI The apartments are wired for both 110 and 220V appliances.
