This well-presented semi-detached house is situated in the large seaside town of Southport in Merseyside and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Brandons is a delightful, newly fitted semi-detached property resting in the coastal town of Southport in the North West of England. It comprises two bedrooms, a king-size zip/link double and a double with an en-suite shower room, there is also a family bathroom. Downstairs is a kitchen and an open-plan living/dining room with an electric fire. To the outside is off-road parking for 2 cars and a rear enclosed garden with patio furniture. Brandons is in an excellent location for touring the North West, with close proximity to the sea and a modern interior to be enjoyed the year-round.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Private, rear enclosed garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop/post office 2 mins walk and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Pets not allowed upstairs.

Town: Southport, along with its neighbour Ainsdale, lies on the coastline where the Irish Sea meets North West England. The town became popular with tourists during the turn of the 19th century, due to the easy access it provided to Leeds and Liverpool Canal. It boasts the second longest pleasure pier in the British Isles, the Southport Pier Tramway and Lord Street, with its many shops. From Birkdale to Woodvale, sand dunes stretch along the coastline and in Ainsdale in particular, the dunes have now been listed as a National Nature Reserve and a designated Ramsar site. There are parks and gardens to explore, shopping opportunities, nightlife and an array of restaurants and seaside amusements.
