Description from manager

This spacious, bright and airy lodge is set on a secluded area of the Trecan Farm, eight miles from Looe, with three bedrooms accommodating up to five people.Nestled in a quiet, secluded location on Trecan Farm, five miles from Looe and surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside, is this wonderful, spacious holiday lodge. The lodge has three bedrooms, including one with a zip/link king-size bed and one with a double bed and en-suite shower. There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Downstairs is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining table and sitting area. Outside is a lawned garden, off road parking and shared games room and tennis court. An excellent getaway for families, friends and couples visiting Cornwall.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with furniture and access to field. Shared tennis court. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: The single bed can be replaced with a cot or cot bed on request and with prior arrangement. Note: Although all ground floor, property has two access doors reached by three or six steps or by using the ramp available.

Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: Lanreath is a village in southeast Cornwall, five miles west of Looe. Lanreath has a local shop and Post Office, a small museum, the Lanreath Farm and Folk Museum, as well as a parish church. Nearby Pelynt is home to a parish church, a number of local shops and pubs, especially the Jubilee Inn, which was an original farmhouse which dates back to the 16th Century. Looe is Cornwall’s second largest fishing port and hence there is always a lively maritime bustle around the quay area of East Looe, which is connected to the quieter West Looe by a seven arched 19th century bridge over the River Looe.
