A stone-built cottage in the North Wales village of San Meyllteyrn which can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Note: This property requires a £100 refundable good housekeeping bondGlasfryn is a stone-built cottage in San Meyllteyrn in North Wales. It has three bedrooms consisting of a double, a twin and an adult bunk room as well as there being a family bathroom, the cottage can sleep six people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is plenty of roadside parking in front of the house and a rear garden with a lawn and a decking with furniture. Glasfryn is a delightful cottage in a beautiful location. Note: This property requires a £100 refundable good housekeeping bond

Amenities: Electric heating ( back up heating not main, can be on for up to 2 hours at a time) and woodburning stove ( main source, please bring own logs if required). Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi. Power inc. in the rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, highchair and travel cot on request. Ample roadside parking in front of house. Sloped lawned garden with decked area and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The stone steps to access the garden are uneven, narrow and steep, care should be taken and children supervised.
