LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA

With a fantastic, unique design, this room boasts statement pieces of artwork and furniture and is filled with light coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as though the large glass doors opening onto the terrace. On one side on the room is a modern and comfortable sitting area, consisting of 3 sofas, a pod chair, armchairs and a coffee table, nicely set by the library and TV. On the other side of the room is a lovely dining area with a table for 6, floor lamps and armchairs, nicely set by the terrace.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has views of the terrace and is bathed in natural light coming through the floor-to-ceiling window. Here you have everything you need for preparing a nice meal, the kitchen offering a fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. The combined washing machine and dryer is also located here.

FIRST BEDROOM

With wooden floor and plenty of natural light, this room is fitted with a double bed, storage space and a small desk.
