This cottage is situated near the village of Blaenau Ffestiniog, close to Porthmadog, and can sleep four people in three bedrooms.Moelwyn Cottage is a lovely end-terrace cottage situated near the village of Blaenau Ffestiniog, North Wales. Hosting three bedrooms; a double, 4ft double (accessed from one side only), and a single, along with a ground floor shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room. To the outside is parking for one car with additional roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis, and a gravelled seating area to the side with table and chairs. Resting in a quiet location, close to the historic slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, Moelwyn Cottage is a wonderful cottage in a superb part of Wales.

Amenities: Gas central heating and electric wood burner effect stove. Electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV with SKY and Freeview, WiFi, Integrated bluetooth speakers, small selection of books, DVDs and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis. Gravelled seating area to side with table and chairs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only, please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1 min walk. Town amenities 12 mins walk. Note: The second bedroom has a 4' double bed and is only accessed from one side.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The town of Blaenau Ffestiniog is situated in a central position for exploring the Snowdonia National Park, and has a good selection of amenities. The main local attractions include the slate mines - where visitors can take underground trips to see mining as it was done in days gone by - and the famous narrow gauge Ffestiniog mountain railway which runs for 13 miles through the Snowdonia National Park to the harbour town of Porthmadog. Many glorious local beaches, suitable for children, are within easy driving distance.
