This end-of-terrace cottage is based in St Ives and can sleep four guests in three bedrooms. Knill House is an end-of-terrace cottage resting in St Ives, Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms including a king-size, twin and single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep four people. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with woodburning stove and a snug. To the outside is a garden patio with furniture and parking can be found in the immediate area. Knill House offers a charming base for exploring St Ives and Cornwall, whatever time of year.

Amenities: Electric heating with woodburning stove. AGA cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack of fuel for woodburning stove. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. XBox, board games and books. On-street parking. Enclosed patio garden with furniture, fire pit and pond. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £25 per dog, per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.7 miles. Note: There is no conventional oven or hob, the AGA and microwave are the only open cooking appliances. Note: There is no parking at the property, however it can usually be found in the immediate area. Note: The pond in the garden is secured with a grill, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Care should be taken on the uneven garden path.

Choose one of the eateries including cafés, pubs, and the traditional past shops, before delighting in some arts and culture either within the Tate St Ives, or the Barbara Hepworth Museum & Sculpture Park. Venture along the South West Coast Path to the serene Carbis Bay, or head west to head further into the Penwith Heritage Coast.
