This thatched barn conversion rests in Chulmleigh near Chawleigh, Devon and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.Rodgemonts Barn is a wonderful thatched barn conversion and separate annexe resting on the owner's property in Chulmleigh, Devon. Hosting four bedrooms, two on the ground-floor of the main house both doubles with en-suite shower rooms, and two doubles in the first-floor annexe above the separate garage with en-suite wet rooms, sleeping up to eight guests in total. There is also a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a decked balcony with seating and a barbecue. Outside there is also extensive lawns leading to woodland, a hot tub, a gazebo with seating and off-road parking for two cars. Rodgemonts Barn is a spectacular and unique property awaiting your next group holiday to Devon.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Extensive garden area with lawns, gazebo with seating, hot tub, decked balcony with barbecue and seating. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. Note: The owners live on site and have a swimming pool - this is not available to guests but children should be supervised as it's not fenced off. Note: There is a pond on-site. Note: Access through the woods is via the footpath areas only as there is a quarry on site that is not fenced off. Note: The two annexe bedrooms rest above the garage which is a separate building to the Barn, one bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase. Sorry no pets
