Right in the heart of Cowes, 1 of 4 quality brand new Apartments. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space. Walk downstairs right into the heart of Cowes, grab a coffee, a meal in any of the Cafe's Restaurants Cowes has to offer. Even walk to the beach. Each Unit has 2 car parking spaces/boat parking.

All apartments are located on 2nd floor of complex. Unit 1, faces the main street.

Sleeps 5 -2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms

Bedroom 1 - 1 xQueen bed with ensuite and walk in robe.

Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds

Porta cot and high chair available on request.

These units are fully self contained and provide linen and towels.

The property is fully self-contained.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent.  If the accompanying guardian is not present we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.

You will be required to sign Terms & Conditions and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival/on check in.

All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

Bookings -  are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners.

Bonds – Some properties request a bond and pet friendly properties require a standard $200 dog bond.

Cancellation - If cancellation is caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. No refunds will be made for early departure/cancellation or refusal to stay at a booked property 30 days prior to the date booked.

NO PETS ALLOWED/NO BBQ'S AT THIS PROPERTY

All keys may be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes.
