Are you looking for a holiday apartment that is reasonably priced, well equipped, and WITH water views? Then look no further than this beautiful apartment which is located across the road from Cowes beach. Simply park the car and forget it until you go home. Walk to everything Cowes has to offer, beaches, playground, parks, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Located on the second floor of a modern complex, facing East, this delightful property comprises kitchenette/bedroom with bunk bed suitable for children. Kitchenette with bar fridge and microwave. The main bedroom/lounge area has a queen sized bed, couches, TV, DVD player, lots of DVDs to watch, split system heating and air conditioner.  Bedroom/lounge area overlooking the private balcony.

The central bathroom with shower and spa bath is perfect if you are looking to stay for a romantic weekend away!

Other features include off street car parking, communal BBQ and laundry facilities.

Enjoy your time on the Island, swim or boat around Westernport Bay, fish off the pier, picnic on the foreshore or build sandcastles with your children - this is the place to base your holiday or weekend getaway.

As mentioned in the Fine print of your booking - the property is fully self-contained with doonas and pillows, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bath mats and pillow cases) or you can hire these for an extra $20 per person.

Please advise us if you wish to hire linen and it will be available for collection when you pick up your keys. 

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy' and all guests must be over 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. 

It is a requirement upon arrival to sign our terms/conditions and provide a copy of licence and credit card for security purposes.

If accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. 

The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

You will be required to sign Terms & Conditions and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival/on check in.

All keys may be picked up and must be returned to our office at Cowes.
