The Hut is a contemporary 'nautical' Chalet sleeping 4 in two bedroomsThe Hut is a nautical themed chalet sleeping up to four people, with open countryside views, and just a short drive into Dartmouth and its award-winning restaurants and boutique shops. The property has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and bedroom two has two single beds. The property also has a shower room, an open plan living and dining room with a well equipped kitchen. Offering comfortable accommodation and within easy reach of all that the South Hams has to offer, The Hut provides an ideal base.

Amenities: Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, washing machine. Flat screen TV, restricted Wifi (limited use). Fuel and power inc in rent. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. Off road parking in allocated parking space 2 min walk from property. Communal lawns. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note:You will need to bring your own beach towels. Note: As the Wi-Fi is provided by a mobile provider it is restricted to a certain amount and is therefore not suitable for streaming music or films.

Town: Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham. For those seeking sandy beaches, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular beaches just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
