This beautifully designed villa is ideal for those who would like to experience tranquility and Crete life style. It is located just a few hundred meters outside the village of Elounda and just 1,5 kilometers from the beach.

Set on a hillside in a plot of 7.000 sq. meters, the house covers a living space of 330 sq.m. facing the picturesque gulf of Elounda and enjoying amazing uninterrupted bay view. This villa is built on 2 levels and it has the capacity to sleep up to eight (8) people with four (4) bedrooms.

Entering the house, there is a spacious living room, a dining area and a music room with fireplace and piano. Further in, a luxury fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washing and dry machine are located there. Balcony doors lead to the sun terrace with the infinity edge swimming pool, an outside living and dining area with stone BBQ and the heated Jacuzzi.

Walking up to second floor, someone can find the 4 bedrooms of which 3 offer en-suite facilities with baths and a guest WC with shower. All the bedrooms have their own balcony.

This property is surrounded by a garden which features with Italianesque rockeries interspersed with a wide variety of Mediterranean trees, plants, a “secret” winding romantic pathway, cactus gardens, amazing displays of Jasmin and bougainvillea flowers. This spectacular garden has been carefully developed over a number of years with the aid of the Villa’s own water supply and irrigation systems. This is a truly wonderful extensive Mediterranean garden at its very best. The outside area also consists of a garage for many cars.
