A lovely duplex apartment, set over the second and third floors of a former coaching inn, situated in the historic village of Eyam, in the Peak District National Park and sleeping four people in two bedrooms.Old Oak Apartment is a spacious, duplex apartment, set over the second and third floors of a former coaching inn, situated in Eyam, one of the best-preserved villages in the Peak District National Park. The property sleeps four people in two third floor bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is also a third floor shower room, a second floor bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside you have off road parking and are just five minutes’ walk from lots of local amenities. With all the Peak District National Park has to offer within easy reach of Old Oak Apartment, it’s the perfect base for a memorable holiday at any time of the year.

Town: Eyam is one of the best-preserved villages in the Peak District National Park, nestled at the foot of Sir William Hill, 800ft above sea level and is surrounded by the most glorious countryside. Historically the village is known as the famous 'plague village', as it went into voluntary quarantine when the plague was imported from London in 1665 and thus prevented the spread of the disease. There are many fine old houses in Eyam, and parts of the village have been kept as they looked several centuries ago, such as Eyam Hall, a beautiful 17th century manor house with delightful gardens, craft shops and tea rooms.
