This is a 1730's converted water mill set in the heart of the countryside near the town of Kington in Herefordshire and can sleep up to six people in three bedrooms.Park Style Mill is a beautiful converted watermill from the 1730's nestling in the countryside near the town of Kington in Hereforshire. It comprises of three bedrooms and a bathroom and there is also a lovely open-plan kitchen with characterful sitting area. There is a separate dining are and a utility room for boots and coats. Outside are views of the countryside and there is parking for three cars. Park Style Mill is perfect for a family, couples or friends to enjoy a delightful break in a wonderful part of England.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Further wood can be purchased locally. WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Gas BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 2 miles, shop 3 miles. Note: Not ideal for toddlers or very small children.

Note: Spiral staircase no handrail, not suitable for less mobile.

Region: Herefordshire offers visitors the chance to journey through lush green countryside, enjoying splendid black-and-white timbered villages, a magnificent cathedral city, a fairytale Georgian castle at Eastnor or books galore in famous Hay-on-Wye.

Town: Kington is situated near the England/Wales border in an area known as the Welsh Marches. Celebrated by visitors for its scenery, walking and cycling in the surrounding rolling hills, this town offers a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. There are a variety of tourist attractions close by including the Small Breeds Farm and Owl Centre, the nationally important Hergest Croft Gardens, Offa’s Dyke Path and Mortimer Trail long distance footpaths, and slightly further afield the National Trust properties of Croft Castle and Berrington Hall. Also within easy reach and well worth a visit is Hay-on-Wye with its numerous book shops, craft and antique shops, along with hosting the Hay Festival during the Spring Bank Holiday.
