From its classic Spanish-inspired architecture to its lush landscaping and luxury designer finishes, this sprawling two-story waterfront estate is designed for ultimate rest and relaxation. You’ll find this home tucked behind swaying palm trees in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the heart of Marco Island. There’s plenty of parking in the private driveway and a stone walkway that leads you right to the front door.

Once inside, you’ll notice the soaring ceilings, gorgeous vinyl plank flooring, and large windows. Sunlight fills the lounge area and kitchen, and luxurious furniture makes you feel right at home. To the left of the front door is a sunny formal dining area, complete with a picnic-table style table and seating for eight. The dining area flows right into the first-floor living room. This airy living room has white and teal accents, two comfortable couches, modern armchairs, and a simple coffee table, all in front of a sleek flat-screen TV. Beach-themed decor helps guests fall into (and stay) in vacation mode. The living room looks out over the pool and flows right into the kitchen. Granite countertops wrap around the gourmet kitchen, and the matching light oak custom cabinets add a warm glow to the space. The fully furnished kitchen features decorative hanging lights, modern appliances, and an industrial size sink. Designed to give guests everything they need to cook and eat like they do at home.

The open kitchen has a breakfast bar with high-top seating, a coffee maker, toaster, and drawers full of utensils and kitchen supplies. Enjoy breakfast at a sunny breakfast nook surrounded by windows, or set up your laptop at the built-in desk and get some work done before a day at the beach. Sliding glass doors lead from the breakfast nook out to the patio. The first master suite is located on the first floor and gives guests easy access to the pool.

This romantic retreat has a King size bed with luxury linens, vinyl plank flooring, decorative bedside light features, and vintage inspired dresser with matching nightstands. Push open the sliding glass doors and step out onto the patio area to enjoy a cup of coffee with a view. This bedroom has a private bathroom, complete with a soaking tub, double sinks, expansive vanity area, and walk-in shower behind glass doors. Warm color tones and subtle beach-themed accents make this a comfortable place to unwind from a busy day. Take the stairs up to the second level to find even more living space and two private bedrooms. The first upstairs bedroom has a King size bed, simple vanity with a mirror, hardwood floors, locally inspired artwork, and a flat-screen TV. This upstairs master suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and spacious mirrored vanity with chrome details. Make yourself at home and use the two roomy closets to keep all of your clothes organized. The second upstairs bedroom is a sunny escape from the rest of the home and has a sliding glass door that leads out to a balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom three is another sunny retreat with hardwood floors, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. Guests can get comfortable in the King size bed and binge-watch their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Down the hall, you’ll find bedroom four, which has a Queen bed, a twin bed, and private access to the second-story balcony. This room has large windows, subtle nautical decor, and a private bathroom with a tub /shower combo.

Outside of this bedroom is a sunny living room with wicker furniture, an entertainment center, and a flat-screen TV. Break out the board games for a family game night or plug in the Playstation and see if you can beat your high score! Sliding glass doors can be pushed open to expand the space and guests can step out to the balcony overlooking the pool.On the other side of this living room is bedroom five, a bunkbed room with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. The open-concept design of this home is perfect for groups of friends or large families traveling together, and the layout gives everyone the space and privacy they need.

When it’s time to activate vacation mode, head to the rear of the house, sliding open the sliding glass doors, and walk out onto the sunny pool and patio area. This outdoor entertainment space features sunny spots and shady areas, an expansive pool deck, a sparkling private pool, outdoor dining areas, and unobstructed views of the channel behind the home. Guests can pull a reclining sun lounger out around the pool and soak up the sun, or fire up the grill and make a poolside BBQ for the whole family. The whole pool and patio sit under a screened enclosure, allowing all the sun in and keeping dirt and debris out.
