Ludgvan Cottage is a historic, detached house sitting in Gorran Churchtown, Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine, a dining room with seating for six people, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin and a bunk, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, barbecue and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 mile, there is a shop and a pub, and within 1.2 miles, you will find a beach. Sorry, but smoking is not allowed at this property. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Choose Ludgvan Cottage for a well-deserved break in this lovely part of Cornwall.
