Comprising 850 acres of undisturbed, pristine nature; tranquility wrapped in blue.  This private haven has seven stretches of white powder beach, miles of coastline, rocky outcrops, tropical forest and hills & valleys to explore.  On the south shores, the sparkling Caribbean beckons while to the north lies the open Atlantic creating a rugged coastlines and endless views to the horizon.

When guests arrive, they are greeted at the private dock and whisked up into the hills to the Great House for a cool tropical drink and the chance to familiarize themselves with the island and facilities.  Then, round to the Anegada House where their luggage awaits and the job of relaxing can really commence.   
Anegada House offers an elegant, understated decor in a traditional setting.  Guests can soak in the infinity pool while gazing out onto White Bay Beach or lounge in the tropical gardens.  The villa offers a complimentary bar, air conditioning and light and airy bathrooms with powerful rain showers.  The villa's three terraces and private garden offer sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean.  Inside, the living room provides a central place to unwind in private or gather with friends and family. 
The meals included in the rental rates are all taken at the Great House, which is the hub of social gatherings where island guests can meet to enjoy refreshments cooled by the trade winds or dine on one of the romantic candlelit terraces to the tune of the tree-frog calls.  At breakfast and lunch, enjoy the splendid buffets that offer a range of dishes from healthy to temptingly wicked.  Menu classics with a Guana twist.  Evening cocktails are followed by dinner, the freshest seafood, island grown fruits and vegetables, homemade breads; all served by the cheerfully hospitable local staff. 
Island activities inevitably start with White Bay beach, a half-mile stretch of pristine white powder sand, fringed with sea grape trees and gently massaged by the calm Caribbean waves.  Swim in the clear blue waters, take a paddle board, or transparent kayak, a pedal boat or sailing dinghy to explore further afield.  There is snorkeling too or just simply relax on a lounger or hammock in the shade of a swaying palm.    There are 6 other beaches to explore either by foot or by boat so why not make a day of it with a castaway picnic too. 
For land based activities, there are two tennis courts, volleyball, badminton, bocce-ball, ping-pong and a croquet lawn and miles of trails to hike or even run for the more energetic !  Enjoy spa treatments either in the privacy of your guest room or in the shade of the massage gazebo, nestled amounts the sea grape trees on White Bay beach; lulled by the sound of the lapping waves.

Getting to Anegada House : A local representative will meet the guests at their BVI arrival ferry port or airport and escort them to Guana Island and their villa.
