A pretty, detached, stone-built, single-storey cottage, located in the grounds of Bank House, Guyzance, just five miles from Warkworth and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Kizzie's Cottage is a pretty, detached, stone-built, single-storey cottage, located in the grounds of Bank House, Guyzance, just five miles from Warkworth and can sleep two people. There is a king-size double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a front lawned area and an enclosed rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and a barbecue. Kizzie's Cottage is a lovely, romantic holiday base.

Another Percy residence can be seen nearby in the form of Alnwick Castle, most famous now for its part as Hogwarts School in the Harry Potter films. Full of Georgian and early Victorian houses, Alnwick boasts a host of architecturally interesting buildings and is home to an exceptional range of galleries, antique shops, a village shop-cum-post office, pubs, restaurants and gift shops.
