Welcome to the Doll House, the most photographed house in the Bahamas, featured in numerous publications and in Bahamian tourism campaigns. This landmark house is a beautiful, classic Bahamian Colonial “cottage” located directly on the stunning bay of Harbour Island. The original home is more than 200 years old and has been lovingly restored with additional rooms and buildings to provide extra living space. Designed for indoor/outdoor living, select your lounge area depending on your mood, the position of the sun, and the breezes. The front porch is the perfect spot for evening cocktails, incredible sunset views on the harbour or for just watching the village stroll by. If privacy is what you're after, then the tropical garden is a relaxing oasis. The outside patio is a great place to read or to entertain guests. If you still want to feel outside, but be out of the sun, then the covered breezeway is the place for lounging. For dining, there are both in-door and outdoor dining options. When it finally comes to call it a night after a full day of beaching, sailing, snorkelling, fishing or whatever your heart desires, then slumber awaits in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite baths. The entire house has been tastefully decorated in colourful island motif to be your home away from home.
