we welcome well behaved pets at our rustic cabin. I have yet to see any poop, ever. our place is furnished with remove able, washable covers on everything. all surfaces are washed and disinfected between every guest anyway, so a pet can behave just as they might at home. I make sure to let owners know of the excellent vet 3 miles away, the dog wash in a nearby town, and the other neighbors, including skunks and porcupines. we also remind owners to bring proof of vaccination to either use the local vet or cross the near-by international border. We, too, require animals not be left alone in our cabin. and, strongly suggest the use of a leash or constant supervision when out doors. so far, in the past five years, we have never been disappointed with any of our companion animal guests. it's always good to share information with all the guests who visit . welcoming well behaved animals has made a niche for our rental few others have. as I am highly allergic to dogs, I figure if I am comfortable in the rental, after our guests have departed, anyone can be. and, that's the goal-a clean, comfortable rent.
Very Good job Welcome Pet Letter! Friendly Suggestions!
