There are two living rooms in the property, the first looks out over the front of the property and houses a sofabed making it perfect to act as a potential 3rd bedroom if needed. With its period original fireplace and its wide assortment of books and art work on the walls this room is both peaceful and relaxing. The second living room/snug is where all the wide screen TV and DVD player is located and adjoins the kitchen accessed through large glass French doors which means you can even cordon this section off as separate if desired. The kitchen itself boasts wooden floors, modern conveniences and granite worktops; perfect for cooking an evening meal. The large dining table means that additionally there is room for all of the family. Leading off this room is the compact garden which is delightful with its flowerbeds and lawn, the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a sunny evening. Upstairs you have the master bedroom with its large double bed and outlook over the front of the property. Flooded with natural light this room is comfortable and houses large wardrobes, mirrored bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Next to this room is the main bathroom with a shower over the bath, classic tiled floor and a WC and basin. The top floor houses the attic bedroom which is perfect for visiting children of all ages and adults with two futon beds close to the floor. These beds can be made up as twins or as a double. This room has its own ensuite WC and basin for convenience as well.

A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
