The large living-dining area is tastefully decorated with sweeping wooden floors and high ceilings, the living room is completed by a flat screen TV and feature fireplace. The large bay windows at one end of the room floods the space with natural light and the large wooden dining table can comfortably seat 8 guests. Adjacent to this room is the modern kitchen which is fitted with all the necessary amenities to cater for your every need. A second living area backs onto the garden which has lovely garden furniture and a BBQ; perfect for enjoying lazy summer afternoons!
The two floors above are home to five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor the spacious master bedroom overlooks the quiet street below through huge bay windows. This room is crisply furnished and has a flat screen television at the end of the bed for those wishing to kick back and relax after a day in the city. The second bedroom is a large room with a single bed and pull-out trundle bed, perfect for two children or teenagers. The third double bedroom on this floor overlooks the garden and has an en-suite shower room. The generously sized family bathroom, fully fitted with a bath-shower in a modern style and double marble sinks completes the first floor.
The second floor is home to two more bedrooms, one of which is currently used as a study space with a day bed that converts into a king sized double bed. The second bedroom is spacious with a large double bed and flat screen TV. Both rooms are decorated with the same modern style found throughout this property. They share a newly furnished bathroom with a shower. This floor is a converted loft with wonderful natural light from the skylights and unique views of the park and ponds of the National Archives.
No Pets, Parties or Smoking! There is a resident cat at this property that lives outside. Please let us know if you would prefer for a neighbour to feed him during your stay. This home can sleep 12 guests, upon request only.
Please be aware, this is a lived-in home, with many family possessions.
A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
