LIVING ROOM

The spacious and bright living room is located on the right hand side as you enter the flat and offers a large corner sofa and 2 armchairs facing the TV and fireplace. On the other side of the room is a dining table sitting 6 people comfortably.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is also located on the ground floor, boasting space and light and completed with a conservatory. The kitchen is fitted with all the utilities need for a comfortable stay such as fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine. A large table for 6-8 people is placed by the large windows and next to it is a sofa, perfect for relaxing after a meal. The sofa can extend to sleep 1-2 people, if needed. This room boasts a lovely view over the verdant garden.

WC

On the ground floor, next to the kitchen, is a WC with a single wash basin.

FIRST BEDROOM

This cosy bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk.

SECOND BEDROOM

This bedroom is also located on the first floor, offering a double bed with a bedside cabinet, a wardrobe and a vanity desk. By the bay window is a stylish art deco sofa, perfect for relaxing with a book.

THIRD BEDROOM

Located on the second floor, this lovely room with views over the garden through the glass sliding door is fitted with a double bed, a large desk and a wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom features a single wash basin, a WC and a walk-in shower. A single sofa bed can be placed here to sleep an extra person, if needed.

FIRST FLOOR BATHROOM

Located on the first floor, this family bathroom offers a WC, a single wash basin and a bath tub.

GARDEN

The private garden can be accessed through the kitchen French doors and is perfect for meals al fresco as it’s fitted with tables and chairs in two seating areas. The attractive garden is spacious and is carefully designed with plants that flower during most seasons.

No smoking, pets or parties! Please note, 1 single futon and a double sofa bed are available to sleep 3 people. This home is set over 3 floors and there is no lift in the property.
