LIVING ROOM

The elegant living room is located on the left hand side as you enter the house and features a large sofa, armchairs and a coffee table facing the flat screen TV and fireplace.

DINING ROOM

The dining room is located next to the living room and features a table for 8 and an electric piano.

KITCHEN

On the ground floor, next to the dining room, is a spacious and bright kitchen featuring sleek furniture and worktops, an island serving as a breakfast bar and a table for 6-8 people. Here you’ll find everything you need for your stay, such as fridge, freezer, hobs, oven, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The utility cupboard is also located in the kitchen and is fitted with a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. The back doors lead to the private garden.

FIRST BEDROOM

On the first floor is a bedroom offering a double bed, a wardrobe, a mirror, a fireplace and a small table.

FIRST BATHROOM

This bathroom is situated on the first floor and offers a single wash basin, a WC, a bidet and a bath tub with a hand-held shower.

SECOND BEDROOM

This bedroom is also located on the first floor and is fitted with a king bed, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. A comfortable recliner chair and a pouf table are located next to the large windows.

THIRD BEDROOM

This room is located net to the second bedroom and is fitted with a single bed, a bedside cabinet, a wardrobe, shelves and a chair.

This cosy room is designed as a study and features a sofa which can extend to sleep 2 people comfortably. The room is fitted with an armchair, a coffee table and a desk, as well as a fireplace.

Located on the second floor, this immaculate bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a single wash basin and a WC.

GARDEN

The garden can be accessed through the kitchen’s back doors and offers a table and chairs, perfect for breakfast al fresco.
