There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area, while outside there is ample off-road parking, a small gravelled area at the front of the property and shared use of a back garden. 25 Aird Crescent is well-placed for a couple or small family wanting to explore the countryside, as well as being within easy reach of the city of Inverness.

The River Ness flows through the city and both the river and neighbouring Moray Firth are home to a diverse range of wildlife and marine life including red kites, along with dolphins, which can sometimes be seen from the shore, or on trips from the harbour.
