Villa Searock is located between Chania and Rethymnon, a 5 star luxury clifftop villa offering unique views over the Bay of Zeus, a breathtaking gorge and a secluded creek. With over 300 sqm of interior living space, 5 outdoor terraces, 5 bedrooms and a large living room, this exclusive villa comfortably welcomes 10 adults.

Boasting modern architecture and design fittings, this luxurious seafront villa is one of the most exclusive properties in western Crete.

The architecture of the villa is resolutely modern and minimalist and blends perfectly well in the unspoiled surrounding nature. The interiors are spacious and luxurious, with high quality finishes and design furniture.

The villa has five en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor with a large open space that consists of comfortable living and dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

The living room offers a designer`s dining table and sofas, as well as flat screen with satellite pay channels, 60 DVDs and Bose sound system. It also has direct access to the main terrace and outdoor pergola covered dining area.

On the lower level there are 4 bedrooms en-suite. The first bedroom there is an exclusive master bedroom. It has access to a large terrace and offers a double bed with a high quality Dunlopillo mattress and a bathtub assuring a unique bathing experience thanks to an unequalled Seaview. The second twin bedroom offers a fantastic Seaview and access to the same terrace. It distinguished itself thanks to the wellness shower split from the room by a glass brick wall. At night, the illuminated designer`s bedside tables assure a unique look. It comprises 2 beds with high-end Morpheus mattresses. The third double bedroom offers a unique view at the sea, the wild landscaping and the "white mountains" on the horizon. It`s uniqueness however comes from the snail-shaped wellness shower with 6 jets. The double bed has a high quality Morpheus mattress. The fourth bedroom has also a double bed and a view to the sea.

The outdoor area offers a unique experience with it’s 60m2 infinity pool, the breathtaking views over the sea and a gorge that you can enjoy from the dining area with a large BBQ and a ping pong table. The villa dominates a gorge leading to a totally secluded creek, accessible only from the plot of the villa and it is recommended to people with off-path hiking experience.
