Off the entrance hall is a bright lounge with leather sofa, log burning stove, air-conditioning, plasma tv with cable channels available, a playstation and wi-fi. Large double doors lead through to the dining kitchen area. As one would expect, this is fully equipped with gas burners, oven, microwave, toaster etc and a large american fridge. There is a large dining table with comfortable seating.

Also on the ground floor there is a guest w/c with shower, and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board.

On the first floor we have the bedrooms. 1 bedroom with king sized bed, air con, and an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi, twin wash basins and toilet and bidet. A terrace is accessed through patio doors. Another double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, the bedroom also has a ceiling fan and access to the veranda. A further king size bedroom, with ceiling fan, with 2 verandas and ensuite bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, air conditioning and a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet. A terrace with outside sofa seating is also a great place to relax and have a drink or read a book.

On the outside of the property, there is a 10m x 5m kidney shaped swimming pool (heating optional at £180 per week). An outside table and chairs can be found just off the kitchen. There is a lawn area with fruit trees and extensive patio where one can play table tennis. A large barbecue area boasts a charcoal barbecue, sink, 2 x electric hot plates, covered alfresco dining with a large teak table and chairs, just perfect to relax after a hard day at one of the stunning local beaches. A private gate provides direct access to the adjoining public park and gardens.
