This detached house is situated by the village of Barnstaple near Exeter, and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.Mill Bridge House is a homely cottage located near the village of Barnstaple, Devon. Hosting four bedrooms; a double with en-suite, a double, and two twins, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room with woodburner, and a conservatory. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, and an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, lawn area and barbecue. In a lovely setting with plenty to explore around the area, Mill Bridge House is a superb property in a unique part of England.

Enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, lawn area and BBQ. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Beach 10 miles, pub and village shop within walking distance. Note: Garden is approached via a couple of steps so please kindly be mindful of drop back down.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Barnstaple is at the mouth of the Taw Estuary, on the North Devon coastline between Westward Ho! and Croyde and is a short drive from the Exmoor National Park. Barnstaple is a coastal town with a market, shops, restaurants and bars, along with two beaches popular with surfers and families. The town is renowned for its floral displays having won a Britain in Bloom award and flowers are found around every corner. Barnstaple lies at the end of the Tarka line railway journey, which takes you through the North Devon countryside of valleys, moorland and a coastline.
