A charming semi-detached cottage n the small village of Llandrillo in North Wales which can sleep four people in two bedroomsThe Old Bakehouse is a charming semi-detached cottage in the small village of Llandrillo in North Wales. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a twin, both with en-suite shower facilities. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area, a utility and a sitting room with electric wood burning effect stove. To the outside is ample off road parking and an outside seating area with furniture. Situated in a lovely area, The Old Bakehouse is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

Amenities: Gas central heating, electric woodburning effect stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, 2 x TVs with Freeview (1 x Smart TV) with BT Sport, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Outside seating area with table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and restaurant next door. Shop 1 min walk. Bala 8 miles. Note: The stairs in the cottage are steeper than normal. Note: This property is located behind the owners’ hotel, pub and restaurant which is open during the hours of 6pm to 11pm. Whilst the Dudley Arms is a traditional village establishment, there may be some associated noise during opening hours. Note: The private outside seating area overlooks the car park.

Town: The small village of Llandrillo is situated between the Snowdonia National Park and the Berwyn Mountain range and offers superb walking and cycling trails and a traditional village pub. The market town of Bala is just 8 miles away, located at the head of Llyn Tegid, Bala’s famous lake. Renowned as a centre for great watersports including fishing, sailing, canoeing and windsurfing, Bala is also the headquarters of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway. The town has a range of interesting shops, inns and restaurants, and an historical Town Walk.
