This is a charming ground floor cottage located near the Fife village of Newburgh and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.3 Balhelvie Farm Cottages is an immaculately presented cottage residing in the beautiful countryside near Newburgh, in Fife. It comprises two bedrooms; a king-size double with zip/link beds and a twin room, sleeping four guests. Inside also plays host to a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a conservatory and a kitchen/diner. To the exterior is off-road parking for 1 car and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture as well as bike storage. 3 Balhelvie Farm Cottages is a wonderful getaway appointed for exploring in a rich are of walking country.

Town: The royal burgh and parish of Fife is an agricultural community positioned alongside the salmon fishing waters of the River Tay, overlooking Mugdrum Island. To the east lies Lindores Abbey and there are plenty of other attractions nearby such as, the Lindores Abbey Distillery for whisky lovers, the National Trust's Balmerino Abbey and the Backhouse Rossie Estate, an RHS Partner Garden. The Tentsmuir National Nature Reserve at Morton Lochs offers something for everyone; seals hauling themselves out of the water, hungry birds looking for food and a rich variety of nature's wonders. Though the village of Newburgh may be small, there are many treasures drawing in visitors; the remains of Macduff's Cross, Newburgh Sailing Club and Laing Museum, are all but a few.
