The barn sleeps four in two bedrooms - a master bedroom with King-size bed and a second bedroom with twin 3’ beds. The property offers a high standard of accommodation, with a stone tiled bathroom with shower over and a superb open plan living space incorporating a well-equipped kitchen with gas range, dining area and a comfortable and tastefully furnished living area with doors to the patio and garden. The private and enclosed garden is perfect for al fresco dining and taking in the far-reaching views to the sea. Allocated parking for 1-2 cars. Walk/cycle path at the top of the drive. Clementine Cottage is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday exploring the area.

Observe the plentiful wildlife in the area, visit several country houses and gardens close by or visit the lovely market town of Kingsbridge. Alternatively, explore the wide open spaces and rocky tors of Dartmoor, just 15 miles away. A perfect holiday location, with much to see and do.
