This is an elevator building so there are no worries about loading and unloading groceries from your covered parking area. Rate Details: Rent is $9,000/month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $350 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100. Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with accidental damage insurance or $1,500 without.

Travel Insurance: Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan. Please review the CSA Marketing Flyer available on our website for more detail. CSA Plan Cost is 7.65% of all non-refundable charges. Unfortunately we are not able to offer either of these insurances to guests who reside the states of NY or HI. We are not licensed in those states.
