At the front of the home, there is a driveway with a parking space for 1 car, behind a cast iron gate. A detached family home, the front garden is surrounded by pretty plants and flowers.
The entrance hall is spacious and light, with stone-tiled flooring and large mirrors.
KITCHEN AND DINING SPACE
In a grey colour-scheme, the kitchen is contemporary, with a minimalist aesthetic. There is a central island with barstools and skylights above allowing plenty of light into the space. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.
Open-plan from the kitchen, is the dining area and a relaxation space, with sofa and wood burning stove. This overlooks the impressive garden and pool outside, with large sliding doors for access, which stretch across the full width of the room. The dining table is surrounding by comfortable black chairs.
The living room has a Regency feel, with high ceilings, a chandelier and fireplace, with three sofas surrounding the harth. The room has a neutral colour-scheme, in creams and greens. This room also overlooks the garden.
GARDEN AND POOL
The beautiful garden and pool is a real luxury, especially in its London setting. There is a terrace, with outdoor seating including a sofa and loungers. The pool also has loungers at the side and is surrounded by a fence. Behind the pool, there is a room with a ping-pong table, perfect for games after a dip in the pool! Please note, the hot-tub is not available to guests.
SECOND LIVING ROOM
The living room is light and airy, with a large bookcase, sofas and artwork on the walls. There is a bay window with white shutters, which looks out to the front garden.
The utility room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer, for convenience. There are bikes available for guest use if desired.
There is a WC and basin on the ground floor, for convenience.
Upstairs on the first floor, to a bedroom, with an en suite bathroom. The room has a relaxing feel, with a double bed in the centre, bedside tables either side and artwork above the bed. There is also a sofa in this room. The walk-in wardrobe leads through to the en-suite.
The en-suite bathroom includes a bath, with shower attachment, WC and basin, all in white.
This bedroom is a twin room, with two single beds, which would be ideal for children.
A very spacious master suite, with a Super-king size bed in the centre and french doors opening onto the balcony which overlooks the garden outside. There is also a wardrobe in this room.
The master en-suite includes a bath with shower attachment, a separate shower, WC and basin.
There is also a WC and basin, in sleek tiling.
Upstairs on the top floor of the home, is a further bedroom, with a single bed and chest-of-drawers. Pictures and toys decorate the space.
This bedroom also includes a single bed, with chest of drawers and bookshelf.
The bathroom on this floor includes a bath with shower attachment, a WC and basin.
The final bedroom is spacious, with a double bed, in a cast-iron bedframe. There is also a dressing table and books and toys.
No smoking, pets or parties! This property has off-road parking for one car. Please note a Norfolk terrier lives at the property but will not be present during your stay. The air condition unit in the kitchen is not to be used. The hot tub is also not available for use.
A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
