This apartment is on the ground floor of the building and the door is opposite the main entrance.

LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN

With wooden floors throughout, this room is lovely and light, with two Art-Nouveau style factory windows. The kitchen is fitted in navy, with a kitchen island, barstools and industrial-style lamps hanging down above. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.

The dining table is by one of the windows, with surrounding chairs. There is also a highchair if needed.

The seating area comprises a large sofa in charcoal grey, with two armchairs and a coffee table, positioned around the television. Great artwork hangs on the surrounding walls.

FIRST BEDROOM

The first bedroom is a baby’s room and includes a cot, changing table, wardrobe and rocking chair. The room is decorated in pretty pictures and toys. A temporary double air-mattress can be used in this room, if needed, so it can sleep 2 adults.

SECOND BEDROOM

The next room includes a double bed, with bedside tables on either side. Opposite the bed is a large wardrobe and on the right is a chest-of-drawers.

BATHROOM

The main bathroom is sleek, with grey, brick-style tiling. There is a bath, with shower attachment, a basin, WC and walk-in shower.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe area as you enter the room. There is a King-size bed in the centre of the room, with bedside tables either side. French doors lead out to the terrace outside, with outdoor seating.

MASTER EN SUITE

The master en suite is elegant in style, with a walk-in shower, WC and two basins, all in white tiling.
