40 Promenade is a contemporary, single-storey, terraced cottage resting in Musselburgh, East Lothian and can sleep two people in one bedroom.The living areas in the all-ground-floor property include an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for two people, a sitting area with a Smart TV, and a separate utility with a fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite cloakroom, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a shared lawn garden and roadside parking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
