The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the building.

LIVING & DINING ROOM

The living and dining room offers beautiful high ceilings and original cornicing features. There are two sofas, as well as accompanying armchairs and a central coffee table. The space is decorated with artwork and delicate ornaments. For watching films and television, there is also a projector.

The dining area includes a long dining table and surrounding chairs, as well as a bookcase and tall Anglepoise lamp. A piano is positioned alongside this, for musical entertainment after dinner.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is contemporary in style- with a marble topped table and surrounding stalls, as well as all the amenities you will need during your stay.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom offers a Super-King size bed, with bedside tables either side and a large marble decorative fireplace opposite. The room also offers access out to the terrace from the French doors. There is also a desk and Anglepoise lamp, if in need of a workspace.

BATHROOM

The bathroom offers bath, overhead shower, WC and basin, al in white tiling.

SECOND BEDROOM

This room has a relaxing feel, with a single bed, a small leather sofa and a television. There is also a further single bed- so this room can sleep up to 2 guests. Cool artwork decorates the space.

THIRD BEDROOM

The third bedroom offers a large, arched window and plenty of natural light into the space. The room comprises two single beds, on either side of the room. Artwork and children’s toys decorate the space.

BATHROOM

This bathroom includes the utilities of the washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a basin and shower.

The is a separate WC as well.

TERRACE

This apartment also enjoy access to a beautiful terrace with, with outdoor seating and surrounding plants.
