Both bedrooms and game room share an updated full bath with a single vanity with granite counters and a tub style shower with glass doors. Private porch off the basement level has seating and eye-level view of the Linville Land Harbor green.
Walk up the stairs and enter the home's well equipped open kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances including a dishwasher, stove, toaster, microwave, both a regular brew coffee maker and a Kuerig, fridge, crock pot, and all the accoutrements for cooking. Kitchen opens into the living and dining area. Dining area features a large dining table and a couple of buffets for serving. The living area is situated towards the stone wood burning fireplace and is amply furnished with cozy seating and a pull out sleeper sofa. Living room also features a large flat screen with apple tv.
Master and guest bedrooms are both off the living area. Master bedroom has a private full bath and a king bed and a crib. Upstairs guest room has a queen bed and full bath with a walk-in shower. Large covered deck with generous seating to enjoy the golf course view.
