Hosting five bedrooms, including a emperor bed with a TV, a second-floor super-king-size, two doubles and a further second-floor double, along with a two bathrooms and a second-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a first-floor utility and another sitting room. Outside there is ample private driveway parking, and a large front garden with lawn, patio, decking, furniture, hot tub, and a pond. Newton Cross House is a desirable setting for a group trip to this part of Devon.
