This stunning riverfront townhouse is one of only four properties in the boutique ‘Villa Marina’ complex and is set in an absolute premium location along the shore of the pristine Noosa River.

Elevated to the north with views across the Noosa Sound and beyond, this two-level townhouse is complete with two bedrooms downstairs both opening out to the sun-drenched private courtyard, two bathrooms both featuring showers and a laundry. One of these bathrooms is an en-suite to the master bedroom and both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.

Upstairs you will find a fully-equipped premium kitchen, spacious lounge room (with air-conditioning and ceiling fans) and a dining area flowing out on to the north-facing private deck which overlooks the pool and has stunning views of the Noosa River. With a setting so sensational and an amazing outlook, we can’t think of a better place to have a BBQ and indulge in a drink or two with your loved ones.

The boutique ‘Villa Marina’ complex has direct access to the rivers sandy beach and features a tropical shared pool with a spa. When you’re not out boating, fishing, swimming or stand-up paddle surfing along Noosa’s majestic waterways, you are only a short walk to Quamby Place, a riverfront nook with some of Noosa’s most loved restaurants and bars.

Noosa’s famous Hastings Street and Noosa River along Gympie Terrace are also within walking distance, so you are literally spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping and dining and you will never have to worry about finding a car park in Hastings Street again!
