Additional rooms include a sitting room with a woodburning fire, a kitchen, a dining room, a utility and a games room. Outside, you will find a rear patio area with a hot tub and a front lawn area. Braemar is a superb bolthole for a family holiday.

Town: Osmotherley is a conservation village, on the western edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. It is popular village with walkers and cyclists, with the Cleveland Hills to the east and the Yorkshire Dales to the west. Within the village itself you will find three pubs, a coffee shop, a general shop and a fish and chip shop. The larger market town of Northallerton, Stokesley, Helmsley, Thirsk and Ripon are close by, each well worth a visit.
