This stylish cottage converted from stables is situated on the historic Cadhay estate near the Devon town of Ottery St Mary and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.The Stables is a stylish cottage converted from a building on the historic Cadhay estate near the East Devon town of Ottery St Mary. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, a double and a twin sharing a bathroom, and another double with an en suite bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove and dining area, a second sitting room/study and a smart kitchen with door to the garden. Outside is a patio and small grassy area with furniture, leading to the walled garden which is tended by the estate gardener. The Stables is a super cottage for a memorable holiday in Devon.

Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for two cars, Barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Over Whitsun bank holiday week in May, a church fête and other charity events and the National Garden scheme are held at Cadhay and the walled garden is open over August bank holiday, when a section of the garden is roped off for your privacy. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: Christmas and New Year change overs will be on the following dates;
