Hi, I'm Andrea!

Sam and Andrea are retired and live on an acre in Fallbrook, about 18 miles east of Oceanside. Sam is a retired teacher and Andrea is a retired paralegal. Andrea enjoys quilting, reading, cooking, hiking, working in the yard, and being with family, which consists of two sons, their wives and 5 grandchildren. Sam likes to do wood work and did most of the remodeling of the condo. He did the wood ceilings, and most of the finish work, and the wood stairs and railings. We like to go to the Sierras and our favorite place (other than Oceanside) is Maui. We met in high school in the 1950's, and have been married for nearly 50 years! We enjoy taking care of the condo, and staying there ourselves when we can.

Perfect place for a New Year!

My husband and I arrived on 12/2715 leaving behind 15 degrees arriving early Andrea was gracious to allow us to check n an hour early. We were very, very, very pleased with the property! Absolutely beautiful views , super comfortable bed, and everything you could ever want for a week long stay! We really enjoyed the condo and we really love Oveanside! Look forward to going back! Thank you for our wonderful New Year's Eve stay!
