Hi, I'm Kim!

My condo is my getaway place and, because I am a travel writer, it also is my jumping off place. Located close to Inerstate 75 although not within sight or sound of the highway, the location is ideal for road trips south to Fort Myers and Naples, east to Miami or Palm Beach and north toward Tampa, Orlando theme parks, Daytona and the Kennedy Space Center. Florida's gulf coast beaches are even closer. Gather fossil sharks teeth at Venice beaches within about 30 minutes drive or enjoy the cool white sand of Siesta Key Beach which was the number one beach in the country on Dr. Beach's list last year. For those interested in the arts, there are more theaters per capita than in New York City just up the road in Sarasota County and a few more in nearby Fort Myers to the South. Also in Sarasota is the Ringling Museum of Art, the 12th most valuable art museum in the U.S. Best of all is the serene preserve view from the condo, the large heated pool, exercise room, club house, tennis courts and walking and biking paths in the community. It is one great getaway spot without being too far away.

Here is my property:
