Hi, I'm Cathy!

I am enamored with Belize and you will be too! The primary attractions are the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and the coral reef that lies just off the coast. What But I also find the multi ethnicity of the country incredibly appealing. One can stroll from one end of a street in San Pedro and hear not only English, the official language, but Spanish, Belizean creole and several dialects of Mayan. Want to pick up another language? Here is your opportunity! People are open, friendly and kind.

I have traveled extensively in Mexico and Central America. My love of Latin culture and the Spanish language was inspired by my Mexican grandmother. I have been a guide in the southwest (including the Grand Canyon) since 2000 and currently operate a guiding company in Mexico's Copper Canyon region of th Sierra Madre in Chihuahua, home to the world renowned Tarahumarans.

Here is my property:

View from your porch/dining area! Private beach and private pier.

Luxury meets beauty

“ Excellent ”
July 26, 2014
From the very beginning, and our first contact with Cathy, we were treated like royalty. All of our question and minor concerns were addressed very courteously and in a timely manner. We were offered concierge services without asking for it or paying for it, and Judy and Beth were very helpful to arrange for transportation from Belize City to the island and give us good advice for rest of our trip. The property itself is top class, well kept and clean. There is a private beach, swimming pool, BBQ are and dock, as seen in the pictures. If you are into fishing, the dock is a great place to fish and crack open a beer, at night you can see some really big fish hanging out in the lighted area. Onsite manager - Chapin is a helpful and nice man. Bicycles are available on-site, a great way to get around and explore the little town and surrounding area. Highly recommended place to spend your vacation in.
