Villa Vesper is located on a hill which overlook Agios Sostis beach, a very exclusive location that warrants an absolute privacy. Our guests will be delighted by an incredible sea view of “Panormos” bay and “Agios Sostis”, a paradisiac place which is two minutes away from the property.

This is one of the quietest beaches in the area, and it remains an uncontaminated place not affected from the busy life of the clubs and restaurants area. Visitors will enjoy and sense the freedom of pure nature. The beach can be reached walking a small path, just few steps to reach 250 meters of a sandy paradise . Steps away from Agios Sostis church, you will find “Kiki’s” Tavern, an amazing family run, but still very famous, little traditional restaurant, one of the best spots to lunch on the island.

The Villa unit has a 435m2 of walkable floors developed on three levels and rises on a private ground of 4.000m2. It was completely refurbished in 2019 it offers, in total, 6 en-suite bedrooms that can host up to 12 people. Just one of the six bedrooms don’t offer a particular view, other bedrooms have sea and garden view

1 En-suite bedroom (Queen size 160X200) with its own entrance for an extra privacy

Rental rules

A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 11:00.

A security deposit of 2.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
