Villa Pierle is completely immersed in the deep lush nature offering unparalleled views on the Umbrian greenery while being at easy reach to the semi-urban life. The nearest village is Mercatale, a peaceful village where it is possible to experience the authenticity of the Italian living with a genuine trattoria, a supermarket, the chemists' and a good butcher.

The home has been newly restored in 2020, preserving that rustic flair that gives the property its original charm.
