This condominium boasts stunning slate floors throughout living areas and lovely, comfortable traditional furnishings. This spacious condominium offers plenty of room for families to spread out and relax or separate living areas for two couples to share their winter holiday. Throw open the large sliding glass doors in the great room for perfect indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening barbecue on the extended back patio. This sunny end unit location is just steps from a pool and spa making it a perfect spot for your winter or summer vacation.

The kitchen is very well equipped and is supplied with quality serving and cooking ware. The roomy kitchen also offers casual dining for four. The dining room is furnished with a large formal dining table with seating for six.

A cozy office/bedroom is the perfect place to set up your laptop and is ideal for guests on a working vacation or those who wish internet connectivity. Please be sure to request internet for owner activation. There is also a convenient trundle bed in the office area with comfortable sleeping for one occasional guest. This room does have a door which offers sleeping privacy.

The master suite is furnished with a comfortable king size bed and light restful decor. Good beside lamps provide perfect late night reading light or with the cable cable TV, you can doze off while watching the evening news. The en-suite has a double sink vanity, good lighting and a walk-in shower.

A very comfortable guest bedroom is the perfect size for two. Furnished with a queen size bed, cable TV and is adjacent to the guest bathroom with shower/tub.

This is a perfect vacation for an extended stay or your weekend escape. The owner has furnished this home with guest comfort in mind. It is very well maintained, sparkling clean and family friendly. Long distance US and Canada calling is included and internet will be activated upon request. This location is ideal for guests who enjoy walking to the weekend COD Street Fair, Trader Joe's and the Palm Desert Mall.

NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $100 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $100. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
