Located across from the community pool and spa, this comfortable and cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is a perfect vacation home for short or extended stays. Decorated in traditional and southwestern colors, this home offers plenty of room for entertaining friends and family. The great room provides ample seating for TV viewing or to gaze out the patio and enjoy the view. The formal dining room seats six and there is an additional breakfast table that seats 4 in the kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops. With three bedrooms, six can sleep comfortably. The master bedroom provides a king size bed with a step in shower in the master bath. The 2nd bedroom is appointed with a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom, a full size bed. A small den provides additional sleep space for guests with a full size sofa bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The extended back patio offers spectacular western mountain views. Enjoy the snow-capped mountains while basking in the warm afternoon sun. A gas BBQ grill and additional seating make this an exceptional home for indoor-outdoor living. This home is furnished with Wi-Fi and free local calling.

NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $100 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $100. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
