This wonderful vacation homes offers lots of charm and comfort. The large living area opens to the extended back patio and provides ideal indoor/outdoor living. Cozy and comfortable, the living room is furnished with overstuffed furniture, creating a relaxing location to read, watch TV or gaze out the windows at the fairways. The dining room seats six The kitchen is very well equipped and perfect for your extended stay. The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed. The en-suite features a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom is furnished with a full size bed and the second guest bedroom has two twins. The owner keeps a personal golf cart in the garage. There is still plenty of room for one car to park inside the garage. Note that the golf cart is not available to renters. This condo is located across from a pool and spa and is close to the Bob Hope Drive front gate. It is an easy walk to The River Shopping area, Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa and the Clubhouse. Wireless connection is offered as well as free local and long distance U.S. and Canada calling. No pets please.

NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $100 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $100. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
