Completely updated two bedroom, two bath 20 plan at very front of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. Walk to The River in 5 minutes!

The spacious living and dining areas in the great room are newly furnished and look out over an extended South facing back patio, the West 7th fairway and the mountains beyond. This patio gets sunshine all day and the wall to wall windows and sliding glass door into the living room, brings in bright light making this a perfect sunny vacation retreat. Clean lines, furnishing in soft colors and minimalist décor create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The living room has a ceiling fan, flat screen cable TV and DVD player.

The dining room has for six and bar stools at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen is completely updated and well supplied for preparing small meals or entertaining.

The master suite located off the back patio and fairway, has a king bed, comfortable reading chair, ceiling fan and flat screen cable TV. The updated on-suite has a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom, located at the front of the condo, off the entry courtyard, is furnished with two twin beds, a flat screen TV and has a ceiling fan.

The guest bathroom is located just outside the guest bedroom and has a walk-in shower.

This home has Wi-Fi, Free U.S. and Canada calling, BBQ and wicker patio furniture not pictured.

No pets or smoking please.

NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $100 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $100. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
